As each of the senior managers has over 20 years of experience, PCRE brings in-depth expertise to every phase of development, from site acquisition to planning and design, finance, construction, marketing, and customer service.
A small, nimble, and strongly experienced team enables PCRE to respond quickly to unique opportunities, make timely decisions, and conduct transactions of virtually any scope, from very small to very large. Working closely with outstanding consultants, PCRE applies meticulous attention to every detail of residential, retail, and office developments.
PCRE’s success is largely the result of thorough project execution. However, it begins with a clear talent for seeing potential that others have overlooked. A creative vision has led to a series of unique developments in each of our divisions that address the unmet needs of a variety of markets.
PCRE’s market focus is western Canada and United States, but our outlook is global. We serve on boards in Canada and abroad, and are constantly assessing how international and local events in our industry are affecting current and future developments. Management of PCRE is involved with ongoing residential development in Calgary and Seattle. In Calgary, Management oversees one of the larger residential home builders in the province. Senior Management has been involved with residential development in the Seattle area since 1990. This included condominium, apartment and townhouse developments.
PCRE has access to all levels of capital from private individuals to large institutional investors. We also have relationships with many financial institutions both local and international.
