The mission of PCRE’s office division is to pursue development opportunities with unique potential in urban areas of Greater Vancouver.

PCRE has most recently developed two such sites at transit locations in east Vancouver and Burnaby. Both enjoy immediate access to rapid transit, and are located in fast reach of downtown. As such, and in keeping with TransLink’s Transport 2040 Plan and the GVRD’s Livable Region Strategic Plan, both fit our focus of developing viable office venues outside the downtown core with easy access to city transit.

FEATURES

PCRE has taken a comprehensive urban public realm approach to future buildings at 12th & Renfrew. In Phase II a seven storey office building of approximately 170,000 sq. ft. will be constructed with 7,500 sq. ft. of commercial space at ground level with underground parking. Completion of this building is anticipated for early 2014.

Lake City Centre is central to downtown and other suburban destinations. This office complex integrates a bus loop to connect with the adjacent Lake City Way SkyTrain station, improving traffic access and reducing its carbon footprint on the environment. This building was sold in September 2008.
