The mission of PCRE’s office division is to pursue development opportunities with unique potential in urban areas of Greater Vancouver.PCRE has most recently developed two such sites at transit locations in east Vancouver and Burnaby. Both enjoy immediate access to rapid transit, and are located in fast reach of downtown. As such, and in keeping with TransLink’s Transport 2040 Plan and the GVRD’s Livable Region Strategic Plan, both fit our focus of developing viable office venues outside the downtown core with easy access to city transit.
